It is placed in the vehicle and set off after cleaning. It will work best if vehicle is closed and can sit overnight. The Odor Bomb releases enzymes that will attack the source of the odor and destroy it. It works well for cigarette odor, spilt milk, vomit and pet odors. It will rid vehicle of most odors after an Interior Detail.
