TERMS & CONDITIONS
SERVICE AGREEMENT
The customer agrees to give permission for Onsite Detail to service their vehicle according to the agreed services requested by the Customer. Customer agrees to pay the Deposit prior to the appointment and the service in full. Customer agrees to be available at the end of service to inspect the service and pay in full
REFUNDS
Detailers will go through the service they provided with the customer at the end of the appointment, and the customer is required to point out any touch ups at this point. Onsite Detail does not provide refunds for services provided. Onsite Detail may be provided by curtsey a one time touch up of any details missed. This courtesy needs to be approved by management.
RISK OF LOSS
Onsite detail is not responsible for any valuables left in the vehicle before, during or after service. Onsite detail is not responsible for any damages the vehicle has before, during or after service. Onsite Detail assumes responsibility only if damages are done to the vehicle by one the technicians.
APPOINTMENT AGREEMENT
The Customer agrees to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, to give courtesy to fill that slot for our technician with another customer. Failure to do so, will result in the loss of the appointment deposit. The deposit will go towards covering the cancelation fee.Â
DEPOSIT
The customer agrees to pay a minimum of $50 appointment deposit or 20% of service requested, which goes towards the balance of the service. Deposit is refundable if the appointment is canceled 48 hours prior to appointment. Deposit may be transferred to future appointments if the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the appointment. Refunds and transfers are not automatic and require the customer to request in writing either by email or text.
PAYMENT
Customer agrees to have their card on file to collect deposit and service balance. Once the card is on file, only the 4 last digits will be visible to employees. Customer agrees to pay service provided in full and at the time of service. Failure to do so will result in late fees and collection fees. Customers will be responsible for any collection, attorney and court fees due to nonpayment.
